Shuttle

SHUTTLE

Complimentary shuttle service will be provided from the Sheraton Hotel to the Price Center (where the workshop will be held). The shuttle schedule is as follows:

Sunday, March 12

12:00pm – 1:30pm Sheraton Hotel to Price Center, Shuttle runs every 15 minutes
4:00pm – 5:30pm Price Center to Sheraton Hotel, Shuttle runs every 15 minutes

Monday, March 13

7:30am – 9:00am Sheraton Hotel to Price Center, Shuttle runs every 15 minutes
5:00pm – 6:30pm Price Center to Sheraton Hotel, Shuttle runs every 15 minutes

Attention Dinner attendees; Two shuttle buses will be provided to take guests to the dinner venue. Each bus can accommodate up to 60 passengers. Please be informed that the bus will not stop by Sheraton hotel.

5:30pm UCSD Price center to dinner venue: Mister A’s (2550 5th avenue)
8:30pm – 8:45pm Dinner venue to Sheraton, to Gilman parking

Tuesday, March 14

7:30am – 9:00am Sheraton Hotel to Price Center, Shuttle runs every 15 minutes
4:30pm – 6:00pm Price Center to Sheraton Hotel, Shuttle runs every 15 minutes

PARKING


Complimentary shuttle service will be provided from the Sheraton Hotel to the Price Center.  Parking on campus is challenging, and we recommend a ride-sharing service (e.g., Lyft or Uber).  However, if you choose to park on campus, you may purchase a visitor’s parking permit at the pay station.  Parking fee is $20/day. The machine can take cash or credit card .

On Sunday parking is available in the Regents Parking Lot (P602) for free.

Directions to Gilman Parking Structure
From I-5 North:
Exit on La Jolla Village Drive, turn right.
Right on Villa La Jolla Drive, stay on the left lane.
At the second traffic light (Gilman) proceed straight into the Gilman Parking structure.
Follow the sign NVMW attendees reserved spaces, to your left, BOTTOM level.
From I-5 South:
Exit on La Jolla Village Drive, turn left.
Right on Villa La Jolla Drive, stay on the left lane.
At the second traffic light (Gilman) proceed straight into the Gilman Parking structure.
Follow the sign NVMW attendees reserved spaces, to your left, BOTTOM level.

Directions to parking space P602 (if Gilman parking structure is full), $20/day
From I-5 North:
Exit on La Jolla Village Drive, turn right.
Right on Villa La Jolla Drive, stay on the left lane.
At the second traffic light (Gilman) turn left, stay on the left lane.
Turn left on the next traffic into P602.
From I-5 South:
Take La Jolla Village Drive Exit and turn left.
At the traffic light, turn right onto Villa La Jolla.
At the second traffic light (Gilman) turn left, stay on the left lane.
Turn left next traffic light into P602.
Walking directions to Price center; cross Gilman drive and follow directional signs to the Price center.

Directions to parking space at Hopkins Parking structure, $20/day
From I-5 North:
Exit on Genesee, turn right, and keep left.
Left on N Torrey Pines Road.
Left on North Point driveway.
Continue onto Hopkins drive.
Hopkins parking structure is on your left.
From I-5 South:
Exit on Genesee, turn left, keep left.
Left on N Torrey Pines Road.
Left on North Point driveway.
Continue onto Hopkins drive.
Hopkins parking structure is on your left.
