The Marine Room provides the unique experience of eating just a few feet from the ocean. In fact, if the tide is in, waves will crash against the windows. We held the NVMW baquet there in 2013.
In 2017, we had dinner at Coasterra on San Diego. The food was outstanding, but the views of downtown and San Diego Bay were better.
2014’s banquet brought the NVMW to the San Diego Art Museum in Balboa Park. The reception was in the museum and dinner was in the Museum’s sculpture garden.
A trip to San Diego in March is just the thing remind you summer is coming. While you are here, stop by the zoo or spend some time at the beach.

In 2012, NVMW took its banquet to the Birch Aquarium on the UCSD campus. It offers spectacular views of the sunset outside and spectacular views of sealife inside.
The NVMW attracts researchers from both academia and industry and provides a unique setting for discussion, formation of collaboration, and hearing about the latest developments in persistent memory technologies and systems. It’s also a great place to network and identify future employers and employees.
